The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.
**How to Request a Return for Defective Products:**
According to Brazilian law, in cases of manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

We will review your case within 30 days from when we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. **How to Return Products:**
In accordance with Consumer Rights, shipping costs for returning products due to change of mind or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a shipping authorization code via email after your return request, and you must send the merchandise at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs; therefore, we suggest using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if undamaged) or an appropriate box that preserves the items during transport.
